We are located in the old train depot right next to the railroad tracks.

Our communities are located in Northwest Oregon on US Hwy 30 (lower Columbia River Highway) along the Columbia River. Scappoose is 10 miles north of the Portland city limits. St. Helens is 24 miles northwest of Portland and 75 miles east of the Pacific Ocean.

Columbia County offers 62 miles of river frontage on the Columbia River. St. Helens is the county seat of Columbia County.

Office Hours

The Chamber is open Monday through Friday, 10am - 3pm, Saturday 10am - 2pm.  Our Saturday hours are made possible by volunteers from the Historical Society of Columbia County.
