• Assess the needs of the South Columbia County business community for employment training.

Increase the accessibility of training for the employer and the
employee. The team works in concert with the various educational and
training providers in the region.
• Form strategic alliances
among the employment-training providers in order to enhance the
effectiveness of training, decrease the duplication and identify gaps
in training.
• Schedule speakers for Chamber Forums of interest or value to membership.
