Forum/Education Committee

Forum concentrates its efforts on expanding existing training programs and making them work for member businesses by:

• Assess the needs of the South Columbia County business community for employment training.
• Increase the accessibility of training for the employer and the employee.  The team works in concert with the various educational and training providers in the region.
• Form strategic alliances among the employment-training providers in order to enhance the effectiveness of training, decrease the duplication and identify gaps in training.
• Schedule speakers for Chamber Forums of interest or value to membership.
